Hello and welcome!
I am Jordan and I’m very excited to support you on your journey as we explore the transformative power of yoga, mindfulness, and self-awareness.
Growing up as a dancer, through my classes you will find yourself immersed in a graceful dance between breath and the mind-body.
I’m very grateful to be able to share the beautiful practice of yoga and mindful movement with you.
Though my classes, workshops and retreats you will cultivate a sense of inner peace and contentment that you are able to carry with you; beyond your mat and into your day.
