I come from a dancing background and initially found yoga as a way to stretch and find some movement between dance classes.

I quickly fell in love with yoga when I discovered that it allowed me to connect to a deeper sense of self and understand the importance of seeking peace and happiness from within.

I am passionate about sharing this love with others and guiding my classes and meditation practices as a dance between the breath and the mind-body.

I am now based on the Mornington Peninsula, Melbourne and have been teaching yoga for 6 years after studying in Mumbai, India.

My passion lies in guiding:

  • Meditation Journeys

  • Yin and Acupressure workshops

  • Embodied movement - Vinyasa

  • Yoga & Travel Retreats

Through my classes, workshops and retreats I help you to cultivate a sense of inner peace and contentment that you are able to carry with you; beyond your mat and into your day.

Together we will work to implement yoga teachings as practical tools into daily routine to find balance, peace and improve quality of life.

I am excited to continue to expand and grow with you as we embody the practice of yoga as a way of life.
