Intention – Through this meditation, we let go of the judging mind and cultivate feelings of joy, gratitude and compassion.
During this meditation, we will be repeating a mantra.
For the first [2] minutes, we will repeat these words to ourselves – visualising ourselves being held by loving-kindness.
After [2] minutes, I will invite you to extend the meditation to others.
You may choose the people around you, family, friends, someone in need, someone you hold resistance towards, the entire world/universe ect.
Can you visualise these people/person, holding the intention of loving-kindness.
