We invite you back, to welcome in the day with yoga immersed in nature.
Your gentle flow class will be a unique and tranquil experience, set against the backdrop of the vines, the rising sun and the calming sounds of birds and the breeze.

(stay on for a coffee with friends and a chocolate tasting in their chocolaterie and cafe).
What to Expect:
A Gentle Flow: Enjoy gentle flowing yoga, deep stretching and guided meditation. Suitable for all levels, to awaken your body and mind.
Grounding: This practice will be grounding. Biologically, grounding reconnects you to the energy of the earth. It helps to remove free radicals in your body, release toxins and enables you to cultivate inner alignment. Melt away physical tension and leave feeling relaxed, rejuivinated and rooted within your own energy.
Connect to Nature: Immerse yourself in the sensory experience of practicing in nature. The soothing sounds of the birds will add an extra layer of tranquillity to your practice.
Explore and connect: After class feel free to stroll around the vineyard, take home some wines from the cellar door and connect with new friends over a coffee at Mont Rouge Estate on Sundays.
Note:
Please bring a yoga mat or a towel to practice on.
You may like to bring a blanket or an extra layer for Savasana.You may also like to bring sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, water and bug spray.
